The present general terms and conditions shall govern any product or service sales contract concluded between a client and nomado TELECOM SPRL, with registered office at Avenue Gevaert 137, 1332 Genval, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE 0889722107 ("nomado").

Special attention:

Supplies and equipment
It may be that delivery charges are applied to the purchase of equipment like hardware. These are calculated during the purchase process and depend on the quantity and weight of the hardware and will be shown before confirmation of purchase.


With nomado VoIP service there are currently NO ACCESS to emergency services.


The consumer does not have the right to cancel the purchase of equipment delivered in accordance with the exception of Article 47 § 4 1 of the Law on market practices and consumer protection of April 6, 2010, which provides that the right of withdrawal may be exercised for supply contracts of services if performance has begun, with the consent of consumers before the end of the withdrawal period


Acceptable Use Policy or AUP: any document that is published on the nomado website aimed at providing for the acceptable use the Client may make of the Service and at establishing user restrictions warranted for security reasons or on the basis of any other reasonable grounds. 

Klant: de natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon met wie het Contract wordt gesloten.

Consument: de natuurlijke persoon, zoals beoogd door de WMPB, die het Contract voor niet-professionele doeleinden sluit.

Contract: the contract between the Client and nomado which comprises the following documents, if applicable, (a) the Client's order, the confirmation and any annexes, (b) the Service-specific terms and conditions, (c) the present special terms and conditions of sale and (d) the AUP, which can all be consulted on the website and which the Client acknowledges to have taken cognizance of. Every element shall form an integral part of the Contract.

Services: the range of nomado services in respect of which the Client has signed a Contract with nomado. 


The present document sets forth the general terms and conditions under which nomado shall supply the Client with services and products whose essential characteristics shall be further specified in the order the Client has placed. 

Any other contractual terms and conditions, more specifically the general terms and conditions of the Client, shall be excluded save in cases where nomado has expressly agreed to them in writing beforehand.

Bij tegenspraak tussen verschillende contractuele documenten, zijn die in onderstaande volgorde van prioriteit van toepassing: 1. de bestelling van de Klant, de bevestiging en de eventuele bijlagen, 2. de voor de Dienst specifieke voorwaarden, 3. onderhavige algemene voorwaarden, 4. het AUP, behoudens andersluidende schriftelijke overeenkomst tussen de partijen.

Amendments and addenda to the Contract shall only come into effect once nomado has expressly agreed to them in writing. 

nomado reserves the right to amend the general terms and conditions at any moment in time. These amendments shall also apply to any earlier Contracts. Amendments shall come into effect 30 days as of the day of notification or at any other point in time as specified in the notification. If an amendment were to prove unacceptable to a Client, the latter shall be free to terminate the Contract by the last day of the month following the date at which the amendments came into effect without the Client being liable for an exit fee. 

Voor de bestelling van diensten: de consument beschikt over geen enkel recht om van de aankoop af te zien aangezien de levering van de Dienst vanaf het sluiten van het Contract aanvangt, wat de Klant aanvaardt.

Voor de bestellingen van producten: De Klant, die een Consument is, heeft zonder strafbepalingen en zonder opgave van een reden, het recht Nomado er, binnen de 14 kalenderdagen te rekenen vanaf de dag volgend op de dag van de levering, van in kennis te stellen dat hij van de aankoop afziet. De kosten voor de rechtstreekse retour zijn ten laste van de Klant. Indien het product na bedoeld retour beschadigd blijkt of waardeverlies heeft geleden, kan dit in mindering van het aan de Klant terug te betalen bedrag worden gebracht.


nomado shall do its utmost to supply the Service in accordance with the standards prevailing within the industry. Unless otherwise provided for in writing, the present Contract shall cover the supply of electronic communication services and, where applicable, the supply of ancillary equipment. Services such as installation, configuration or assistance may form the object of a separate invoice. 

All our Service or product delivery lead times are indicative only. In principle, they shall not exceed 30 days as of the date of the order, unless nomado has informed the Client that this delivery lead time will be exceeded. 

nomado reserves the right to change the configuration of the network, of the equipment used to supply the Service or the passwords, on condition that the quality of the Service shall not be significantly affected. nomado shall do its utmost to timely notify the Client of any such changes. nomado shall, whenever necessary, be entitled to interrupt the Service for operational reasons or whenever urgent maintenance work is required. 

nomado shall take any reasonable measures to safeguard the security and the continuity of the Service. However, nomado does not furnish any guarantees as to the unassailability of the Service and shall not be held responsible for any losses the Client and/or a third party may sustain as a result of the lack of protection unless these losses can be attributed to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of nomado. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, the Client shall bear sole responsibility for the security of the system he uses to access the Service with and nomado shall decline any liability in that respect. The fact that nomado may offer technical, general or personalised security-related information does not diminish the Client's own responsibility in this respect in any way.

nomado shall invariably invoice the Client for any fraudulent use of the latter's account that can be attributed to the Client's own negligence and the latter shall indemnify nomado for any losses sustained. The Client shall forthwith and, in any case within 5 working days, notify nomado in the event the Client and/or the user were to find or suspect that third parties have illegitimately accessed the Service, for instance, by means of the Client's and/or the user's password. nomado shall not assume any liability for any losses that may be sustained as a result of the Service having been illegitimately accessed in this way.

nomado shall provide the Client with technical assistance in the event of any faults or problems. This Service is provided via a chat facility on the nomado website. The Client can obtain further information about this Service by dialling number 02 888 7000. 

The Client's number shall appear on the display of the telephone of the person on the other side of the line provided that the telephone of the person who answers the call comes with this functionality and that the Client does not object to his number being transmitted. If the telephone number is operated by another national provider, the number shall be transmitted to this provider on condition that there is an agreement in place with the provider in question. The Client may permanently prevent his number from being displayed to anyone he calls (private number). However, nomado shall transmit his number and any information it may have at its disposal about the Client's geographical location to any emergency services, even if the Client has opted for a private number. If the call is being transferred, only the number of the initial connection that transfers the call to the person called shall be passed on to the person called. The Client may reject any anonymous calls by opting for the anonymous call rejection functionality.

Op voorwaarde dat zijn eindapparatuur deze functionaliteit toelaat, kan de Klant voor iedere oproep afzonderlijk van deze functionaliteit afwijken.

The Client may have the number he was originally assigned by another provider transferred to the nomado network or from nomado to a third provider. The Client shall contact the provider whom he wishes to have his number transferred to. The provider in question shall then take the necessary steps to have the number transferred. While the number is being transferred the Client's number may be temporarily inaccessible.

De Dienst waarmee een (niet-nomadisch) geografisch nummer aan de Klant werd toegekend, laat toe om in een nabije toekomst toegang te krijgen tot de nooddiensten, behalve in geval van storing van het elektriciteitsnet. De Klant erkent dat de VoIP-Dienst niet nomadisch zal worden gebruikt, onder meer om te verhinderen dat de locatie van de oproeper voor de nooddiensten onzichtbaar zou blijven. De Klant verplaatst zijn uitrusting niet en activeert die evenmin op een andere plaats dan vermeld in de servicebestelling. De Klant wordt aansprakelijk gehouden voor de kosten ingevolge nutteloze verplaatsingen van de nooddiensten.

The Client hereby expressly recognises that the nomadic VoIP Service and the nomadic number linked thereto do not give the Client access to the emergency services. nomado shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses or costs ensuing from the fact that the emergency services could not be contacted (in time). 

nomado reserves the right to change the number that was assigned to the Client if the numbering plan was to change or following a decision by the regulator. In that event, nomado shall do its utmost to limit the impact on the Client inasmuch as possible. 

Overeenkomstig de wet heeft de Klant het recht op een kosteloze vermelding van zijn gegevens in de witte gids.

In accordance with prevailing legislation, nomado is obliged to forward the Client's details, including any amendments to these, to the telephone directory publishers and to directory enquiries unless the Client has informed nomado that he does not wish to be listed in these files. The Client may formulate a request to that effect by e-mailing: customer@nomado.eu

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the details he furnishes nomado with. Any change in the Client's details shall be entered into the database of the white pages telephone directory and in the directory enquiries file as swiftly as possible. nomado is entitled to pass on any administrative costs ensuing from the change in the Client's details to the Client. 

Clients who receive malicious phone calls are entitled to ask nomado to take any reasonable steps to identify the number from which these calls are made. If the number can be technically identified, nomado shall ask the owner of the number to discontinue these calls. 

If these malicious phone calls continue regardless, the Client may contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman, whose details have been published on the http://www.ombudsmantelecom.be website. At the request of the Ombudsman, nomado shall pass on the identity and the address of the owner of the number from which the malicious phone calls are made to the Ombudsman, who shall pass that information on to the Client. 


The costs shall, where applicable, include the standing charges, the connection costs, the cost of sending messages and the cost of phone calls calculated on a minute basis. The charges as specified on the nomado website, in the pricing plans or in any other contract documents, are, unless otherwise specified, exclusive of VAT. The charges published online shall take precedence over any charges in hard copy format. nomado reserves the right to amend or index the charges of its Service or products. These changes shall also apply to any earlier contracts that have been concluded and shall be notified no less than one (1) month before they are due to come into effect. If the price increase were to exceed the indexation, the Client shall be free to terminate the Contract by the last day of the month following the date at which the first invoice after the price increase has come into effect was received without the Client being liable for an exit fee. nomado reserves the right to pass on any administrative costs in function of the payment method the Client has chosen.

The Service shall be paid for in advance. Call credit shall entitle the Client to avail of the Service in proportion to his credit balance. On foot of article 8.4, the Client shall be entitled to call for as long as his call credit has not been exhausted or has not expired. It will be up to the Client to top up his credit before it has been exhausted. Provided that nomado has not withdrawn the number assigned to the Client on foot of article 8.4, the Client may continue to receive calls after his credit has been exhausted unless the Client's call credit were to show a negative balance. The Client shall not under any circumstances be able to request a reimbursement of the call credit purchased. 

The invoice shall be forwarded to the Client by e-mail and may be consulted on the nomado website. The invoices shall contain an overview of the call credit purchased. The Client can obtain a detailed overview of all the calls he made and received free of charge via the website (by entering his user name and password). 

Any nomado invoices that fully or partially relate to any amounts the Client has not yet settled shall be payable within 15 days of the invoice date.

Behoudens dwingende wettelijke bepaling mag de Klant geen betalingen compenseren. 

nomado shall issue a reminder for any balances that have not been settled by their due date. In that case, nomado may charge the Client a fixed administration fee (€ 50) for this reminder. nomado may furthermore decline the reactivation or a repair without prejudice to nomado's right to demand that any unsettled invoices are paid in full. 

Any invoice that has not been paid by its due date shall automatically and without prior formal notice be increased by interests at the rate of 8% per annum on the amount outstanding, calculated on a pro-rata basis of the number of days the account has been in arrears and by fixed damages of 15 % on the amount outstanding, with a minimum of € 100 and a maximum of € 500, without prejudice to nomado's right to demand payment of any expenses it may have incurred. The Client, in the capacity of user, may seek similar damages from nomado if nomado has been found guilty of wilful misconduct or seriously defaults on its contractual obligations, or fails to perform one of the substantive services of the contract. The Client shall be paid damages in the form of Service credit. 

Bij uitblijven van een betwisting die per aangetekende brief binnen de hiervoor vermelde betalingstermijn moet worden overgemaakt, wordt de factuur geacht onherroepelijk en onvoorwaardelijk te zijn aanvaard.

The Client hereby undertakes to forthwith notify nomado of any change in the Client's details (such as a change of address or a change of banking institution). 

If the Contract relates to the supply of equipment whose ownership shall be transferred to the Client, nomado shall retain ownership of the equipment in question until such time as all the amounts due have been paid in full.

De door de Klant uitgevoerde betalingen worden bij voorrang toegewezen aan de verschuldigde interesten en kosten, vervolgens in tweede rang, aan het hoofdbedrag van de onbetaalde facturen, onverminderd het feit dat de Klant meldt dat een betaling betrekking heeft op een andere factuur


Following a delay in payment or any other payment incident or if warranted in view of the Contract value or if it has been established that the information the Client has furnished is incomplete or if a perusal of the information in question warrants it, nomado shall reserve the right to ask the Client to furnish a financial guarantee, which shall not exceed 20 % of the Contract value, in the form of a bank guarantee or by depositing the guarantee sought into a bank account specified by nomado. The "Contract value" shall be deemed to mean the total amount the Client owes nomado or the total amount that will become due over a period of 12 consecutive months. 


De Klant is verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik van de Dienst als een goede huisvader, voor doeleinden van normale telefooncommunicatie, overeenkomstig de geldende wetten en reglementen, de voorwaarden van het Contract en het AUP. De Klant verbindt zich ertoe de Dienst voor geen andere dan rechtmatige doeleinden te gebruiken. De Klant is als enige aansprakelijk voor het gebruik dat hij van de Dienst maakt.

The Client hereby guarantees that he holds the necessary licences and permits to operate any equipment and use any software that have not been supplied by nomado with the Services. 

The Client shall use the equipment and software he uses with the Service carefully and wisely. The Client hereby authorises nomado to remote supervise and monitor this equipment at any moment in time and fully understands that this equipment may not under any circumstances be moved or adjusted without nomado's intervention. The Client shall assume full liability for any damage the nomado equipment or network may sustain as a result of a malfunction or fault in any equipment he may have installed. 

Het gebruik van de Dienst kan risico's van indringing door derden of door virussen gericht tegen het computersysteem van de Klant inhouden; het is aan de Klant om alle gepaste maatregelen te treffen teneinde zich ervan te vergewissen dat geen enkele andere persoon zich zonder zijn toestemming toegang tot de Dienst kan verschaffen en dat zijn gegevens en software worden beveiligd.

The Client and/or the user are/is not allowed to engage in any acts that may have a negative impact on nomado and/or on the use of the Service by other clients. 

The Client shall not engage in any acts that may discredit either the name or the reputation of nomado by making denigrating comments or by resorting to any other means of public expression. 

Iedere overtreding van dit artikel 6 vormt een ernstige tekortkoming op de verplichtingen van dit Contract.

The Client undertakes to indemnify nomado for any harm the latter may sustain as a result of a violation of the obligations described in the present article 6, and/or for any action a third party may file against nomado as a result of the Client's failure to abide by the obligations described in this article 6. 


All the products supplied by nomado, including any products that are dispatched carriage-free, shall be transported at the Client's risk. 

Without prejudice to the statutory warranty Consumers enjoy, the warranty on the equipment and/or software sold and/or installed by nomado shall be limited to the warranty the manufacturer/author of the software furnished and in accordance with the restrictions the latter imposed and this as of the purchase/start of the user licence. 

The Client shall only acquire the personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive user right to the software and to the user documentation nomado puts at his disposal. nomado and the licensors shall retain all the intellectual property rights to the supplied software, documentation and the media that come with the software. By virtue of the fact that the Client uses the software and the user documentation, he automatically agrees to abide by the relevant licensing conditions. Other than for normal backup purposes, the Client shall not be permitted to copy the relevant software and (user) documentation or to make or have any changes made or add or have anything added to the software or the documentation or to disclose any part of the software or the documentation, in any format whatsoever, to a third party. The Client and/or the user shall refrain from removing or altering any sign that determines the ownership or the origin of either the software or the media. 


The Contract shall come into effect on the date nomado has accepted the request which shall invariably be confirmed by an order confirmation and/or the performance of the Contract by nomado. The Contract shall be concluded for an indefinite period of time unless otherwise stipulated in the Service-specific terms and conditions or in the Client's order. The Client shall be free to terminate the Contract at any moment in time, subject to issuing nomado with one month's notice. The end of the Contract shall not entitle the Client to seek a reimbursement of any unused call credit.

Ontbindingen dienen steeds schriftelijk (per fax of aangetekende brief) te gebeuren.

Behoudens andersluidende schriftelijke bepaling aanvaardt de Klant dat vooruitbetaald belkrediet beschikbaar blijft voor een periode van maximum 6 maanden volgend op de laatste aankoop (eerste aankoop of herladen). Na het verstrijken van die periode kan het belkrediet worden beschouwd als vervallen zonder dat dit recht geeft op een terugbetaling.

nomado reserves the right to for once and all cancel the Client's number if his call credit has shown a balance of zero (0) for more than 1 month. The Client may be charged reactivation fees if he subsequently wishes to have his account reactivated. 


The Service nomado supplies shall be construed as an obligation to perform to the best of nomado's ability. nomado shall be responsible for the supply of the Service up to the Client's connection point to the network. 

nomado does not furnish any guarantees as to the functioning of the Service. Save in the event of gross negligence or wilful deception, nomado shall not assume any responsibility for any interruptions to the Service or for the fact that its quality may be reduced. 

On no account shall nomado, including its employees, agents, subcontractors and suppliers, be held liable for any of the following situations: 

het feit dat de Dienst niet beantwoordt aan de door de Klant vastgelegde doelstellingen of niet verenigbaar is met de door de Klant gebruikte installaties en uitrusting,

de wijziging of de stopzetting van een toegekend nummer,

de inhoud van de door de Klant aan derden via de Dienst overgemaakte of toegankelijk gemaakte informatie en omgekeerd,

ieder misbruik of frauduleus gebruik van de Dienst door de Klant of een derde,

de technische problemen en storingen, de netwerkstoringen en het onderhoud van de voor de Dienst noodzakelijke telecommunicatie-uitrusting, zoals de telefoonaansluiting, de hardware (informatica) en de daarbij behorende software.

de keuze, het gebruik en de door de Klant in het kader van de Dienst nagestreefde doelstellingen evenals de keuze, de configuratie en het gebruik van de uitrusting bedoeld om in het kader van de Dienst te worden gebruikt;

de termijn tussen het ogenblik waarop de Dienst wordt aangevraagd en de daadwerkelijke levering of aansluiting ervan, een eventuele laattijdige aansluiting of de afwijzing van de aanvraag voor de Dienst;

de kosten, de vergoedingen of de schadevergoeding als gevolg van het feit dat de Klant de verplichtingen die uit het Contract voortvloeien, niet naleeft;

een overtreding door de Klant van de wettelijke bepalingen;

alle mogelijke schade betreffende de informatie, de computerbestanden of -gegevens, die kunnen voortvloeien uit het gebruik door de Klant van de Dienst, het netwerk en de uitrusting betreffende de Dienst;

de toegangstijd tot het Internet, de tijd voor het overdragen van de gegevens of hun kwaliteit en de eventuele beperkingen inzake toegang tot de met het Internet verbonden netwerken en servers.

nomado shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, whatever the nature of the claim filed, be it material or non-material, and more specifically for any losses relating to surplus staff or temporary unemployment, any loss of business or financial losses, any loss of income, loss of data, revenue, benefits, opportunities, clientele and/or orders, diminished commercial perspectives, an increase in costs or a reduction in projected savings, regardless of the fact whether they were foreseeable or not. 

The Client shall safeguard nomado against any costs, indemnities, damages, claims, expenses and proceedings that may ensue from actions filed by third parties as a result of the Client's acts, errors or negligence. 

In all cases where nomado shall be contractually liable vis-à-vis the Client, serious default, wilful misconduct or the faulty performance of a substantive obligation of the Contract excepted, nomado's overall liability shall in any event be limited to the lowest amount, i.e. either to the sum total of the payments the Client made to nomado on foot of the Contract during the 6 months prior to the incident nomado was responsible for or to € 500. 

Any complaints or protests about the Services nomado supplies shall invariably be made to nomado by registered letter: 

in geval van levering van producten binnen de 10 werkdagen na levering;

in geval van levering van een Dienst binnen de 10 werkdagen na de aansluiting of het schadegeval.

Bij het uitblijven van een betwisting en behoudens het eventuele verzakingsrecht worden de geleverde Diensten en producten geacht onherroepelijk en onvoorwaardelijk te zijn aanvaard. 


nomado reserves the right to suspend the provision of a Service or the delivery of a product if the Client defaults on one of his contractual obligations in respect of which the Client has been notified. nomado reserves the right to charge the Client for the reconnection of the Service. 

Without prejudice to its right to claim damages, nomado reserves the right to ipso jure rescind the Contract (and to for once and all suspend the delivery of the Service) and this without releasing the Client from the amounts owed: 

In the event the Client has failed to redress a contractual default nomado has notified him of within 30 days 

If a financial guarantee sought in accordance with the Contract has not been furnished by the deadline nomado specified 

bij faillissement en insolvabiliteit van de Klant, bij staking van de betalingen of als zijn vertrouwen is aangetast, of in geval van vereffening of ontbinding van de Klant;

als de Klant een of meerdere van zijn schuldeisers om uitstel vraagt; 

bij beslag op de gehele of gedeeltelijke goederen van de Klant op verzoek van een schuldeiser of in geval van andere maatregelen van uitvoerend of bewarend beslag ten aanzien van de goederen van de Klant; 

als er bewijzen of sterke vermoedens van fraude uit hoofde van de Klant bestaan of als de Klant foutieve inlichtingen heeft verstrekt;

in geval van abnormaal hoge verbruikskosten van de Klant;

in geval van een bevel of mandaat van een administratieve of juridische instantie.


Met uitzondering van de verbintenissen om een som geld te bepalen kan geen van de partijen aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor de schade die de andere partij lijdt in geval van niet-uitvoering van het contract ingevolge overmacht.

Shall be assimilated to events of force majeure any unforeseen circumstances that prevent, encumber and/or make the performance of the Contract disproportionally more costly to such an extent that one party can no longer reasonably expect the other party to perform the Contract to the letter. Shall notably be deemed to be events of force majeure: strikes, the siege of a company, epidemics, breach of contract or shortages at nomado suppliers', natural catastrophes or legal or administrative restrictions. 


The Client shall not be entitled to either fully or partially transfer his rights and obligations ensuing from the Contract to third parties unless he has received nomado's prior consent in writing. 

nomado shall be entitled to either fully or partially transfer its rights and obligations ensuing from the Contract to third parties without the Client's permission. 

nomado reserves the right to task one/several subcontractor(s) with the entire or partial performance of the Contract without releasing itself from its contractual obligations vis-à-vis the Client. 


Any personal data the Client forwards shall be recorded in nomado files. nomado shall process the Client's personal data for the following purposes: supplying and invoicing for telecommunication services, the interconnection with other operators and related invoicing, dispute management, customer relations with the Client, market studies, the production of telephone directories or URL directories or in aid of directory enquiries, to combat fraud and offences, quality assurance, to forward commercial information and inform the Client of any marketing campaigns on products and Services provided by nomado and by any other companies nomado has a contractual relationship with. Personal data shall only be disclosed to third parties for the specific reasons specified above. The Client shall be entitled to object to his personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes by contacting the Customer Service Department. 

De gegevens van de Klant worden overeenkomstig de door de regelgeving voorziene bewaringstermijnen bijgehouden en kunnen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke reglementering aan de gerechtelijke of overheidsinstantie worden meegedeeld.

Recht op toegang, rechtzetting en verzet

Any persons concerned may at any moment in time ask nomado for access to any of the personal information the latter is storing. They are entitled to ask that any erroneous information is rectified. They may object to their personal data being processed if they can provide valid reasons. In the event the Client's details need to be amended because his situation has changed (change of address, enterprise number, etc.), nomado shall be entitled to charge the Client a reasonable administration fee.

nomado may use the personal data it collects to inform its clients about its products and services. However, the persons concerned may at any moment in time object to any future processing of this nature. 

nomado shall take any reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data it processes. These data shall not be transmitted to third parties other than partners of nomado, unless their transmission is necessary to perform an order placed, if the person in question has agreed to their transmission or if their transmission is requested by a competent authority. Occasionally, third companies may manipulate certain data when performing services of a technical nature to the nomado IT systems.

Any persons affected may exercise the rights described in this section by contacting nomado at the details specified above.


The Client shall address any complaints he may have to the nomado Customer Service Department in writing. If the Client is not happy with the way his complaint has been dealt with, he may contact the Telecommunications Ombudsman at Place des Barricades 1, 1000 Brussels, tel.: 02 223 09 09, fax: 02 219 86 59, e-mail: plaintes@mediateurtelecom.be, website: www.mediateurtelecom.be. Complaints submitted to the Ombudsman shall only be deemed admissible if the Client can prove that he first tried to resolve the issue with nomado.

De Ombudsdienst voor Telecommunicatie kan weigeren een klacht te behandelen als deze betrekking heeft op feiten die zich meer dan een jaar vóór indiening van de klacht hebben voorgedaan.

Het onderzoek van een klacht eindigt wanneer hiervoor beroep bij de rechtbank is ingesteld.

Naast de interne procedure voor het beheer van klachten door de online winkel, het is ook mogelijk dat u contact op te nemen BeCommerce en het Europees ODR-platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . .


Het Contract valt onder het Belgische recht.

Iedere betwisting van de uitvoering of interpretatie van het Contract moet op straffe van onontvankelijkheid binnen een termijn van 6 maanden worden geformuleerd. Elk geschil tussen de partijen dat niet op minnelijke wijze kan worden opgelost, valt onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Nivelles.
