Bills are sent to you at the email that you entered during registration (which you can later modify by going to the My Account page) and will charge you for the sum of the tariff rate or any credit top-ups or other services to which you have subscribed. Accepted methods of payment include bank transfers, Bancontact, Mistercash, Visa, Maerican Express and Mastercard Credit Cards, Paypal and Cash Ticket (from PaysafeCard). It is possible to set up an automatic standing order when paying by credit card only.

Nomado works incredibly well with cable or ADSL.

No, that is not possible at the moment.

Yes. You can keep your old telephone number whatever tariff you choose however, this only for customers living in Belgium at this time. Nomado takes care of the whole process of transferring your phone number. There is a one time only charge of 15€ to transfer your phone number to Nomado. Make sure that your Internet provider has made unactive your line if there is one linked to your ADSL, ask your Internet provider to put your ADSL on a row copper.
6. What type of telephone do I need to use with the Nomado Box?
You must have a normal, analog phone with or without a wire. RNIS/ISDN telephones cannot be connected to the Box.

Yes, however our services require a connection with a minimum rate of 128kb/ps both ways in order to work. We recommend that you verify with your internet provider that they do not block communication ports or anything else that would make the use of an internet telephone impossible. Very few Internet providers in some countrie are blocking VoIP.

Yes of course, you won’t need a paid subscription to your current telephone provider anymore. If the line is Active for your Internet connection you can request that they unactivate it and use a row copper to pass the Internet connection.
